Outform is delighted to announce that Simon Hathaway will lead our business in EMEA as Managing Director. The move also sees James Haggas move into a new role to focus on the strategic development of the Outform business.
James Haggas, Strategic Business Development Director said, “I’ve known Simon since he established Saatchi & Saatchi X in London and watched him build a reputation in retail. I’m delighted he is joining us and look forward to a strong partnership in the next generation of Outform”.

Simon established the Publicis Groupe shopper marketing capability in London, going on to launch Saatchi & Saatchi X in Dubai, Moscow and Mumbai. In 2012 he joined Cheil Worldwide, the Korean agency famous for creating a virtual store in a Seoul subway for Tesco Homeplus, and the global roll-out of Samsung’s presence in retail. Most recently, Simon was CMO of Dassault Systèmes, a world leader in the digitalization of industry providing SAAS platform technology solutions in innovation, design, engineering, manufacturing, retail and marketing.
