LG’s latest Entertainment Showroom, showcased at Bjorn’s, stands out as a premier product experience space. 

To create a unique retail design language, the showroom was designed with a wide range of compelling elements to draw people inside, including prominent signage, vivid colors, and spectacular lighting to draw people in. Using visual content and interactive demos, Outform has created a visually appealing and inviting setting for customers to enjoy viewing and using the brand’s diverse product range. 

When designing the space, Outform’s design team wanted to highlight multiple products with a limited amount of space. 

A seamless customer journey experience enabled customers to interact with various product display zones throughout the showcase space, including TVs, monitors, and soundbars. 

The middle of the space allowed customers to experience LG’s 8K OLED TV in a large display area with surround sound and comfortable seating. In a relaxed setting, shoppers can visualize the product in their living room, making it easier to decide which product is right for them. 

Along with the TV screens, LG also displayed their Ultimate Gaming collection with three different desks with computer monitors connected to gaming consoles accessorized with high-quality gaming chairs; customers interacted with the monitors and played video game teasers on the console so that they could try them before buying.  

The LG Entertainment Showroom is a resounding success, captivating both Bjorn’s staff and shoppers with its innovative approach and resulting in an increase in foot traffic and sales for the brand.
