With Outform leading the way, Bushmills Whiskey and Dobel Tequila, both proud sponsors of the PGA Tour, took center stage in a co-branded pop-up activation at JFK and LAX airports. Positioned in high-traffic areas, this immersive travel retail experience was designed to captivate travelers. 

Outform meticulously designed a custom display from the ground up, expertly blending both brands into a unified and striking experience. This innovative solution places each brand front and center, creating a captivating visual centerpiece that embodies their distinct identities. 

The experience featured interactive elements designed to immerse travelers in each brand’s identity, including a tasting station where guests could savor premium samples of Bushmills Whiskey and Dobel Tequila. Adding a playful touch, a golf putting area invited travelers to test their skills in a mini challenge, breaking up the routine of a typical travel day. Together, these hands-on activities created an engaging atmosphere, allowing travelers to connect with each brand on a personal level and making the pop-up a memorable stop in their journey. 

The project was completed in just two months, launching first at JFK Airport in late September and later at LAX in mid-November 2023. Travelers could engage with the pop-up from September 27 to November 1 at JFK and from November 13 to December 4 at LAX. 

Proximo praised the seamless execution and balanced representation of both brands, with the activation’s success exceeding expectations and paving the way for future collaborations. This project highlighted Outform’s ability to deliver impactful, brand-centered experiences within tight timelines, earning the client’s trust and satisfaction.
