PUMA’s flagship locations on NYC’s 5th Avenue and the Las Vegas Strip called for more than just display walls. They needed a high-impact retail experience that combined performance storytelling with digital innovation. Outform was brought into design and deliver a merchandising system that would raise the bar for in-store engagement. 

The result was the Dynamix Pro: a patented magnetic LED video wall system that integrates flexible merchandising with dynamic digital content. Installed across eight walls—four per store—the system featured high-strength adjustable magnetic shelves, Lift & Learn technology, and a custom CMS built with templated content layouts. Each sneaker came to life through motion-triggered, SKU-specific content hotzones and that engaged multiple customers at once. 

The store environments were strategically zoned by gender and category, from Team Sports to Running, and supported by backend analytics, motion sensors, and visual merchandising tools to ensure both adaptability and compliance. Daily remote monitoring and store-level controls gave PUMA teams full operational visibility. 

The results were immediate, with footfall, dwell time, and product engagement increasing significantly. This translated into sales growth for featured SKUs, demonstrating the impact of integrating targeted content with merchandising. Ultimately, the system delivered on PUMA’s vision for a flexible, data-driven platform that drives shopper engagement and elevates in-store performance.
