In partnership with Merit’s visual merchandising, creative, and marketing teams, we executed a seamless brand experience across seven key Sephora locations in London, Manchester, Newcastle, and Birmingham. Every detail, from the choice of materials to product displays, layout, and lighting, was crafted to both reflect Merit’s brand values and adapt to the unique footprint of each store. 

The final installation included window takeovers, strategic front-of-store merchandising, gondola fixtures, and custom shop-in-shop, all complemented by cohesive graphic collateral throughout the space. 

The launch received enthusiastic feedback from Merit, Sephora UK, and customers alike. In just the first week, the installation significantly boosted Merit’s standing in both brand recognition and category rankings across Sephora UK stores, marking a successful and high-impact debut.
