This is the stage where we bring the idea to life in presentation format with a compelling visual demonstration of our ideas. The presentation provides a full analysis of how the project will be carried out, which materials will be used, the full floor plan and entire appearance of the area. The demo leads to more discussions about details yet no engineering issues are brought up yet. This is the feasibility stage where clients want to get as close as they can to the finished product without actually building it.
Once we get the green light from our clients to move forward with production the engineers receive a full brief outlining the project and are challenged with the monumental task of figuring out how to build it – usually under very tight deadlines. A comprehensive engineering plan is conceived for the factory production of the finished product in Outform facilities that incorporate the highest standards of quality and most advanced technologies. Interactive projects where demos are deeply integrated in the displays entail highly complex integration of LCD’s, special lighting and additional high-tech features.
The production phase is all about understanding the user experience and figuring out how to communicate with customers using eye-catching and uplifting state of the art methodologies. The creative team may have come up with a fantastic idea but it’s up to the production team to figure out how to take that idea to the next level. Though this stage may appear to be technical, straightforward and relatively simple, the creativity that goes into making sure all the tiny details add up to a genuinely breathtaking display is an art form in itself.
