The launch of the OURA Ring 5 called for a retail environment that could translate advanced health technology into a more human, emotionally resonant experience. Leveraging Outform’s end-to-end capabilities across strategy, design, production, logistics, and installation, the space was conceived as a destination rooted in wellbeing, craftsmanship and discovery.
Situated on the fifth floor of Harrods, the space moves beyond the conventions of traditional tech retail. At the heart of the experience, a sculptural rock formation anchors the environment, introducing a sense of calm and intrigue while reinforcing the natural materiality that defines the brand. Surrounding displays, consultation areas, and digital touchpoints support product exploration in a way that feels intuitive rather than overwhelming.
Natural materials, tactile finishes, and soft lighting create a softly enclosed, gallery-like atmosphere that encourages visitors to slow down and engage more deeply with the product. Every element was carefully considered to balance education with serenity, resulting in a space that feels distinctly OURA while sitting seamlessly within the luxury surroundings of Harrods.
Blending retail, service, and experience into a single cohesive expression, the final environment positions OURA beyond wearable technology, establishing a refined presence at the intersection of luxury, wellness and lifestyle.
